- Can I watch Netflix with WifiMask?
Netflix has a team dedicated to blocking VPN services. This also affects WifiMask, which means you will see an error message saying "You seem to be using an unblocker or proxy" when trying to watch something on Netflix. - What is your money-back policy?
According to EU law we have a 14 days money-back policy, which means you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
- WifiMask is not connecting to the servers, what should I do?
It is possible that you don't have a working internet connection, please try to reconnect to the internet over WiFi or 3G/4G. If WifiMask still doesn't connect to the chosen location, try a different location.
